4. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner and may begin processing immediately. Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we are unable to guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in fulfillment.

6. REFUNDS & RETURNS

All refund and return requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions.
