Flourish ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we want your gift to arrive beautifully.


HOW IT WORKS

Flourish operates on a dropshipping model, meaning your order is fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partner. This allows us to deliver quality products globally while keeping prices fair.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving this email for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, please contact us and we'll look into it.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Flourish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at phonxservices@gmail.com — we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office
